BFF sista items are based on first come first serve basis. After you have submitted your order (see order form at bottom of this page), we will send you an invoice within 24 hours. If you do not receive any email from us after 24 hours, please check your spam/junk box folder.

Once you have made the payment, reply to our invoice-email and attach your payment details i.e. payment date, amount and ref.

Please allow 3-7 days for delivery (excluding weekends & public holidays) and kindly add postage cost unless it is stated that the item's price is inclusive of postage cost.
